Man Zen is a casual yet elegant British Chinese restaurant and bar that brings the energy of contemporary Chinese dining culture to life. Our menu highlights much-loved Chinese staples classics with a modern approach – designed to complement the dining experience and reflect today’s trends.

The food was absolutely amazing! They had so much variety, stunning flavours and the loveliest staff
We had:
- Vegetable Spring Rolls
Crispy, golden spring rolls filled with shiitake mushrooms and mixed veg, served with sweet chilli sauce
- Vegetable Potstickers
Soft, juicy vegetable dumplings with a vinegar soy dipping sauce
-Build Your Own Bento
We went for the 4-part bento, where you can pick two mains and two sides
Our picks were the Lemon Chicken and Crispy Shredded Beef, and paired these with duck noodles and rice. Proper feast
- Salt and Pepper Bento
The team also insisted we try their Salt and Pepper Bento, and I'm so glad they did. It had king prawns, pork ribs, chicken wings, chicken bites, tofu and chips - so crispy and delicious
To drink, we had:
- Dragon Fruit Cooler - pineapple, dragon fruit syrup, pressed lime and soda
- Lychee Martini - Absolut vodka, Kwai Feh lychee liqueur, pressed lime and lychee juice
We (amazingly) still had room for a lil sweet treat, so we went for the Black Sesame Brownie - a chocolate fudge brownie served with black sesame ice cream and sesame seeds. I'd never tried black sesame ice cream before and it was amazing with the chocolate flavours

Ate here for the first time and they did not disappoint! We got the 4 part bento and it was amazing! Definitely worth the value 🙂 shout out to Olivia - our waitress - who was so attentive and looked after us very well. We can’t wait to come back!! ✨
